Special focus: Populations on the move
On the occasion of the new World Migration Report 2005 (22nd of June)
and the World Refugee Day (20th of June)
  LEADER: Migrations are a concern for all of us. Victims of disasters, people displaced because of armed conflicts, asylum seekers, economic migrants, victims of odious human trafficking represent as many groups of people who had to leave home and recreate their life on another territory. They have to face either friendly or hostile inhabitants, in any case the management of these "flows" can not be bypassed. Our Special Focus presents video resources (raw footage for TV journalists on top of page and, below, reportages for all) which reflects some of the situations faced by these populations on the move.
